Edelson Adriano began his personal and professional training career by doing what he thought was right for him. He entered the world of technology, more specifically IT programming. Over time, he discovered that what comforted him was not the fact that the code had no errors or flaws, but rather how people functioned, thought, and how they saw the world and their lives. This vision brought him further and further away from the world of binaries (Os and 1s). It made him question the path he was on and led him to where he is today.
Today, his focus is not only on the solution that a machine can provide, but also on the ability that human beings have to get where they want to go. The world of programming was a closed world for Edelson, and he believed that there was more to it. From the moment he began to question himself more and search deeper within himself, he began to realise that he was only at the beginning of discovering a world of questions and answers that had never before been brought to the surface... ‘There were times when I wanted to give up everything, but with time I learned better ways to deal with the process, with myself, through the goals I set and, above all, by knowing who I am!
